Dragon Blade (天将雄狮) Synopsis
The film set during the era of the Han Dynasty. Huo An (Chan), the hun serves as a commander of the Protection Squad of the Western Regions of the Han Dynasty. They are tasked by the emperor to maintain stability between the warring 36 nations in the Silk Road region. Huo An and his subordinates are framed by his crooked superior (Choi). They are sent to the Wild Geese Gate, a frontier town of the Han Dynasty and undergo forced labor. In the west, meanwhile, a Roman general named Lucius (Cusack) flees with his legion to the east. He smuggles Publius (Waite), heir of the Roman consul for the Parthian Empire to save him from death and a ploy by his older brother, Tiberius (Brody), who schemes to takeover the heir position of the Consul for himself. Lucius arrives at outskirt of the Wild Geese Gate, with plans to assault the frontier town with his legion

Dragon Blade (天将雄狮) Movie Review
<Dragon Blade> is a movie where it taught the patrons that if the people from different races / nations combined, they will forms a strong group. Huo An plays the role as commander of Protection Squad and his duty is to make peace between the 36 nations in the Silk Road regions. These 36 nations are fighting with each other for the food and also the land. There is the event where some people from these 36 nations re-build Wild Geese Gate. In the beginning of time, they are not make friends with each other. Everything change when Huo An let Lucius, the Roman general entered the town after the fight (because of the sandstorm). They are helping each other and managed to build the town within 15 days. It's quite touching in the end of the movie, Huo An teamed with the Roman soldiers to fight with Tiberius's soldiers and run away from the town. And unfortunately, they are trapped because of number of the soldiers. The soldiers from 36 nations arrived and fight with Tiberius's soldier and unfortunately the leader was killed before the soldiers from Parthian Empire reached. Huo An fight with Tiberius alone and he won (the action for the final fight is not that nice). Finally, everyone can live in peace and they are allowed to build a new town called Regum for the brotherhood memorial. As a conclusion, no matter what race they are, if we are combined together, and we will become stronger.

During a mission in the Middle East, a secret agent, Harry Hart, a.k.a. "Galahad," is unable to prevent the death of one of his fellow agents. Feeling guilty, he personally delivers a bravery medal to the man's widow and his young son, Gary "Eggsy" Unwin, saying that if they ever need help, they should call the phone number on the back of the medal and deliver a coded message.

Seventeen years later, the climate scientist James Arnold is kidnapped by unknown assailants, led by Gazelle, an assassin with bladed prosthetic legs, and her employer, the internet billionaire Richmond Valentine. One of Hart's compatriots, "Lancelot," attempts to stage a rescue, but fails. Valentine, known for his philanthropy, continues to meet with various heads of state and VIPs, some of whom go missing afterwards. He also announces a giveaway of SIM cards, granting free cellular and Internet access.

In London, Eggsy is now an unemployed young adult living with his mother, infant half-sister and an abusive stepfather. Despite being intelligent and capable, he left training for the Royal Marines and lives an aimless life. After being arrested for stealing a car and taking it for a joyride, Eggsy calls the number on the back of the medal. Hart arranges for his release and tells Eggsy about the existence of the Kingsmen, a secret intelligence agency for which both he and Eggsy's late father worked. In the wake of Lancelot's death, the Kingsmen have a vacancy for a new agent, and Eggsy agrees to apply. He joins a group of other candidates, including a woman named Roxy. Training is overseen by "Merlin," a senior Kingsman. The candidates are eliminated one by one until Eggsy and Roxy emerge as the final two. However, Eggsy fails his final test, and Roxy becomes the new Lancelot.

During this time, the Kingsmen have been investigating Valentine in connection with the VIP disappearances. Hart tracks down Arnold and confronts him about Valentine's whereabouts. A chip implanted in Arnold's head explodes, killing him and injuring Hart. Undeterred, Hart poses as a billionaire and dines with Valentine, who explains his views: humanity is akin to a virus, global warming is the Earth's equivalent of a fever, and Valentine intends to do something about the problem before the virus kills the host.

Hart tracks Valentine to an obscure hate group church in Kentucky where Valentine and Gazelle are conducting a test. They broadcast a signal to his SIM cards, causing everyone in the church, including Hart, to become uncontrollably violent. A mass brawl breaks out, with Hart the sole survivor, while Eggsy, Merlin and Arthur—the Kingsmen's leader—watch via video link. Valentine approaches him, and they discuss his plan: to broadcast the signal worldwide, using his satellite network to cause a massive culling of the human race, saving the Earth from further damage. Only a select few that Valentine has deemed worthy of living—those who have sided with him, and thus received the protective microchips in their head—will be spared. Having revealed his plan, Valentine kills Hart.

Eggsy returns to the Kingsmen headquarters, where he discovers that Arthur is one of Valentine’s converts. After avoiding Arthur’s attempt to kill him—killing the group leader as he does so—Eggsy teams up with Roxy and Merlin. Roxy pilots a high-altitude balloon vehicle into the stratosphere, to disrupt Valentine's satellite network with a missile, while Eggsy and Merlin directly assault Valentine’s mountain bunker. Roxy knocks out the satellite, and Eggsy fights his way through Valentine’s security forces, while Merlin detonates the security chips, killing all who were part of Valentine's plan. Eggsy then fights and defeats Gazelle before killing Valentine and saving the world. In a mid-credits scene, Eggsy, now a full Kingsman, reaches out to his mother, offering her a nicer house and a chance to get away from her abusive partner.

Kingsman: The Secret Service Movie Review
<Kingsman: The Secret Service> is an awesome action movie where it will bring u into the movie when you watched it in IMAX. The movie is where the Kingsman agents fight with the bad guy name Richmond Valentine. He is developing the SIM cards and give it out for free by offering the free calls, free SMS, and free internet forever. Actually he is doing this because he want to broadcast a signal to make everyone uncontrollably violent and this will reduce the population of mankind. Besides that, he did implant the chip in most of VIPs for cooperate with him and he will make the chip explode and kill the VIP if necessary. In the end of the movie, where "V-day" started, everyone who using Valentine's SIM cards will become violent and they fighting with each others. Eggsy teams up with Roxy and Merlin to stop Valentine before everything is too late. Finally, they save the world and Valentine was killed in order to stop him for broadcast the signal. As a conclusion, Kingsman was trained to fight with the evil plan, and their slogan is "Manners Maketh Man".

CHAPTER 231: Unbroken

This evening, I planned to use my TGV MovieClub welcome freebies (2 movie tickets and a regular popcorn set) to watch <Unbroken> with Jamran at TGV Mines. I thought I can't choose Preferred Seats with TGV MovieClub welcome freebies but the staff said I can even choose Couple Seats. So, I decided to choose Couple Seats since it's free. Before we entered the cinema hall at 03:00 p.m., we redeemed the free regular popcorn set.

Movie Review
<Unbroken> is a movie which is based on the true story about Louis Zamperini. From his story, it gave us some inspiration such as "don't give up no matter what happened". For example, when Louis is young, he is a troublemaker, he like to steal, drinking liquor and smoking. One day, when he is caught looking up women's dresses under bleachers during the track, he runs. His brother Pete saw how fast he runs and decided to train him to become a runner. At first, he haven't try and he told his brother said he can't do it. Pete said he can and gave him support. Finally, he was qualified for the Olympics. The next story when he was US Army Air Forces officer, one day the planes crash to the ocean due to the engine fails. He and another two pilots, Phil and Mac live on inflatable rafts. He did warn Mac only each two or three pieces of chocolate per day, and he finished up everything. This make Louis was mad because of him. But they won't give up on asked for the help. On the 27th day, they get the attention of a Japanese plane, which strafes the floating rafts but misses them. On the 33rd day Mac dies, leaving only Louis and Phil. On the 47th day, Japanese forces capture Louie and Phil and they become prisoners of war. During these period, the other war prisoners which are US army, they were tortured by the Japanese army and become the slave. It's very cruel when they keep beating and whipping until the prisoner was injured. One day, after Louis sprains his ankle and is unable to work, Watanabe tells him to lift a giant piece of wood. Louis successfully lifts and holds up the wood, angering Watanabe and leading to a harsh beating. From here, we can learned that Louis never give up and finally he is succeed. At the end of the war, Zamperini and the other prisoners in the camp are set free to return to their homes. Back home in America, he kisses the ground and hugs his family. As a conclusion, the movie is suitable for everyone because Louis's previous life is gave us a lot of inspiration. We need to learn Louis's spirit if we want to become successful person.
